Turning Tides is an international regranting facility dedicated to supporting the tenure and rights of local communities, small-scale fishers, fish workers, Indigenous Peoples and the groups that legitimately serve them.
Their 2025 report was their first annual report, a milestone document establishing the organisation's narrative voice and setting the template for future donor-facing communications. I worked closely with the Kite Insights team, as well as Turning Tides’ team members around the world, to distil team interviews and partner stories into a document that encapsulates their ambition and inspirational vision.
